Perhaps you just want to send them once or twice or maybe they are all in different places and you do not want to group them.

In such cases, you easily send mass text messages to multiple residents. If you have these messages in your contacts, you can ‘Create custom fields’ to merge your contacts or import your contacts from CSV or Excel files.

Points to Keep in Mind When Looking at Sent SMS Data:

  • Delivered – If you get this status, it means that the recipient’s network has confirmed delivery and the message has gone to the recipient’s phone. This, however, does not confirm whether the recipient has read the message or not.
  • Failed – This status means that although the message has been sent, it has not gone across because the recipient’s network is not able to deliver it. This could also happen when the recipient has cancelled their mobile number.
  • Sent – This status is received when your message has been sent to the person, but the status has not yet confirmed delivery. Sometimes, when the person’s phone is out of the network coverage area or if the person’s phone is switched off, you get this message. The notification may also take up to 12 hours to get you a delivery status.
  • Rejected – This status is received when your message has been sent, but the recipient’s network could not send it to the person’s phone. This may happen when the recipient has unsubscribed from the marketing messages or blocked your number.
